Principal

Danica is the Principal of Red Team Go, having led the company for over 13 years working with A/E/C industry clients to develop SOQs and Proposals, overall marketing strategies, business strategies, develop teams and teaming strategies and provide DBE & Inclusion Management.

With a long history of successful projects in the heavy civil industry, she has led her team to work with regional, national, and international companies to deliver projects ranging from $2 million to more than $2 billion.

Ayumi Anderson

Creative Director

Ayumi brings more than 25 years of graphic design experience with a focus on the A/E/C industry over 20 years.

As our Creative Director, she works closely with our internal team and clients to ensure that proposals, presentations, marketing materials, branding, and special projects are compelling, tell great visual stories, and meet the requirements that are set forth. She has supported winning proposals for a variety of projects across the US ranging from $2 million to more than $1 billion in construction value.

Lindsey Brooks Kennedy

Senior Proposal Manager

Lindsey brings more than 18 years of marketing and proposal management to our team.

She has led teams in developing compelling and winning proposals for major projects.

Her strength is in asking the questions that make materials more engaging and answering the requirements to strongly sell your team’s personnel, experience, and approach.

Lindsey is detail-oriented and pays attention to all of the little things that lead to winning proposals.

Oelrich

Senior Proposal Coordinator

Amy is a highly motivated and energetic person with over 20 years of A/E/C experience preparing proposals and marketing materials for a variety of applications. She is experienced in the multiple deadline environment; and able to maintain a positive attitude in the midst of high-energy, fast-paced marketing atmospheres. She brings her artistic talents and proposal writing strengths to the technical business world to create attractive, traditional, and alternative graphical approaches that best deliver the message to the target audience.

Korgan

Utility Manager

Marie is an experienced Utilities Manager with “hands-on” experience in the Inland Empire. She has in-depth knowledge of utility coordination based on Caltrans (State) Right-of-Way Manual Chapter 13 Utility Relocations and Chapter 14 Local Assistance (Federal Aid) requirements.

She has completed numerous utility coordination tasks with developing written procedures, and checklists for the implementation of Caltrans Chapter 13, Chapter 14, and County Capital Improvement Projects. Marie is also skilled in various utility activities as they relate in development of Caltrans project delivery through PA/ED and PS&E phases.

Janen Troy is a skilled administrative assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting executives and teams in a variety of industries. She is a proactive problem solver who takes initiative and is committed to delivering high-quality work.

Her excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, make her a valuable asset to our team. Janen is passionate about helping others and is always looking for ways to improve processes and streamline workflows. She enjoys working in a dynamic and challenging environment and is committed to supporting her colleagues and clients to the best of her abilities.
