PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT

We work with you to form teams, develop capture plans, statements of qualifcations (SOQs), and proposals, while providing support for interviews and presentations. Our Senior Proposal Managers have worked with A/E/C frms to deliver winning proposals for more than $10 billion in infrastructure projects across North America. Working with our team provides you with a group of professionals that understand pursuits, bringing backgrounds in engineering and construction that allow us to contribute to the written product through an understanding of the scope of work and how projects are both designed and constructed. Our SOQs and proposals are compelling, allowing you to submit a product that your frm is proud of. Our process includes working with you to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis), develop win strategies, provide support in writing technical and non-technical sections, editing, voicing, graphic development and full layout. Engaging us before a project is released allows you to leverage our strengths in meeting with owners to identify needs, team development and engagement, and early work to support the pursuit.

GRAPHIC DESIGN | BRANDING | BUSINESS SUPPORT

We work with you to provide graphics, branding, and business support. With award-winning creative abilities, our team has worked with companies to update logos, re-brand, develop new marketing and general materials, and provide coaching services. We collaborate with you to provide brand/company analysis, identify target audiences/projects that play to your strengths, and develop market positioning strategies. Our team provides input in developing strategies for firm overview documents, website copy, and creating templates for email or social media distribution. With our understanding of both marketing and the A/E/C industry, we will help you develop compelling graphics and branding. Additionally, we are able to help you write project reports and plans, providing continuity in branding, voicing, and formatting.

DIVERSITY/INCLUSION MANAGEMENT

We work with contractors and engineers to identify small, disadvantaged, minority, women, veteran, and other firms that will help you meet your goals on projects. With our understanding of not only DBE/SBE programs and goals, but also prompt payment, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, and Equal Employment Opportunities, among other items critical to inclusion and civil rights, we can help you develop your project-specific plans, processes, and trainings to meet the contract requirements. We are also able to work with procurement teams to identify firms that can perform work, provide support in outreach, organize events, and act as a liaison and advocate for the DBE/SBE community. We are involved with BuildOUT California, the world’s first LGBT Industry Association dedicated to the sustainable growth of LGBT owned and certified businesses and their allies. We have a proven track record of engaging DBE/SBE firms, having helped a team go from a 6% MSVWBE commitment at bid time to nearly 24% three years later. We are eager to not only meet the diverse firms that work in the industry, but connect primes and small, diverse firms to help the industry continue to grow.
